Overview

Spinzy Digital ("we", "us") operates two products: Spinzy Academy and Structured Ops Reporting. This policy covers Structured Ops Reporting, a Confluence app built on Atlassian's Forge platform. Spinzy Academy has its own privacy terms at spinzyacademy.com.

What data we collect

Structured Ops Reporting stores the report data, column definitions, and configuration you create directly within Atlassian's own Forge Storage, associated with your Confluence site. We do not operate a separate database or server outside Atlassian's infrastructure.

Third-party data sharing

Structured Ops Reporting makes no third-party API calls and does not transmit your data to any external service. Your data stays within your Atlassian instance, subject to Atlassian's own security and privacy commitments for Forge apps.

Data retention and deletion

Your data persists in Forge Storage for as long as the app is installed on your Confluence site. Uninstalling the app removes its stored data according to Atlassian's standard Forge Storage lifecycle.
